Winter is here, are you ready?

Hello from chilly Romania! I have been back for a few weeks and running every second to get back into the swing of things. I wanted to show you a new picture of the Ciumeghiu Classroom Building. We are done working for this year, because of the cold, and will finish the rest in the spring. Thank you for all the financial gifts to help build this room. It has already been a testimony to the community as they see our faith that the church will continue to grow and children will learn to love and serve God. The mayor has sent out "spies" to see our progress and has promised to help in the spring with whatever he can to help finish the building. Praise the Lord!
Here are some current prayer requests:
1) Gepiu church - sadly the leadership in this church are very carnal and show no desire for spiritual growth/maturity. Because of this situation, it has been recommended to me by coworkers and national pastors, that I not continue working here. It is a hard decision, but sadly even my physical safety is in question if I continue. Pray that they will find the end of themselves and want to draw closer to Christ.
2) Evangelistic meetings in Tinca: Thursday Nov. 29-Sunday Dec 2
3) Leadership training - I plan to concentrate my efforts on training a teacher for Ciumeghiu's children's class. Please pray for wisdom on how to proceed and for Claudia to catch the vision and learn quickly. She just learned to read last year so there are many faith steps that need to be taken before she will be teaching.
4) Romani language - This next week, I will be starting to learn the Romani/Gypsy language and hopefully do regular tutoring with nationals. May the Lord grant me strength and tenacity as I tackle this difficult task.
5) BMM Romania team - One family of coworkers have now moved into my area and we are having weekly prayer and planning meetings. Please pray for wisdom in future planning as we evaluate all the churches, needs and available workers.
Thank you for all your supports and prayers. I pray you each enjoy a wonderful Holiday season as we prepare to celebrate the birth of our Great Saviour, Jesus Christ. Kim
