This picture to the left is the
Casa Popurului or Palatul Parlimentului (People's House or Parliment's Palace) in
Bucharest. After New Year's, I was able to take a week off and go visit my girlfriend Alina who moved to the Bucharest area this last summer. As you can see, Bucharest is dealing with a LOT of snow (unlike us here in Oradea) but it was beautiful despite the hassle. I had a wonderful time relaxing with Alina & her family as well as taking in a few important sites. (see picture below :) The 11 hour train ride also let me get some reading/studying/preparation done for the upcoming New Year. I am rejuvenated and ready to tackle the goals the Lord has put on my heart for His ministries this year.
Thank you for your continued prayers as I tackle the Romani/Gypsy language and as I work with potential leaders for my classes. May we each remember that God makes us ABLE to do the work He has called us to, to HIS honor and glory. Kim
