A New Phase in Life

May 16 & 17, 2009 were the two of the most wonderful days of my life. On May 16, Marcel Petrutiu and I were legally married by an official from the Oradea, Romania courthouse and then on May 17 we had a religious wedding at Golgotha Baptist Church in Oradea, where Marcel grew up. It was the wedding of our dreams celebrated with many friends and family (more pictures can be seen on my Facebook page). Marcel then whisked me off for a wonderful relaxing honeymoon on the French countryside topped off with a spectacular weekend in Paris, France. Now we are back in Oradea and adjusting to married life. We have decided that I would leave Baptist Mid Missions at this time so we can prepare together to serve God full-time in missions. Marcel would like us to serve in a medical missions ministry so in the next few years he will be finishing his nursing degree. Because of these decisions, we will not be visiting the US at this time. Thank you for your understanding. We appreciate all your prayers as we start this new phase in life seeking God's will for our new family.
